We had such a lovely time with my aged parents, the serenity of the surrounding Nandi Hills. The food was satisfying and had such large portions. The peaceful countryside certainly did wonders for our tired minds and will be back to visit soon!!

Beautiful villa property with 2 houses and a pool. Pool is quiet deep >4.7 to 8ft, with a very small kid pool attached. Each house has a common area with 2 private rooms and 1 extra wall cot on the 1st floor (lacks privacy). The location is absolutely peaceful and great for families who are on a weekend outing.
Some monkeys roam here which is cute.

Great stay!! Mountain view from the Jacuzzi, no words to describe this experience. Had a great time in the pool and the private Jacuzzi. Very polite staff and excellent home made food!!!! Visited with my family and already planning another visit with friends this time!! Please don't change anything Amara Kosha!! Had a great 👍 time

We had such a nice stay! The staff was amazing and we really enjoyed our time in the pool and jacuzzi. The food is amazingly delicious along with a beautiful view from the property. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Nandi Hills.

Extremely disappointing experience. We booked this property expecting a relaxing getaway, but it turned out to be one of the worst stays we've ever had.
The jacuzzi, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property, was not available. While the paid lunch was decent, the complimentary dinner was of extremely poor quality and nowhere close to the standards advertised.
The property had a severe mosquito problem, making it very uncomfortable to spend time outdoors or even relax inside. The bedrolls had a strong foul smell and were unhygienic. There was no hot water available in the rooms, and no room keys were provided, leaving our rooms unlocked and our valuables at risk throughout the stay.
To make matters worse, the swimming pool was dirty, poorly maintained, and completely unusable. Overall, the property was not maintained properly and failed to deliver even the basic amenities that were promised.
The experience was nowhere close to what was advertised and certainly not worth the amount paid. I would not recommend this property to anyone until the management addresses these serious issues and improves the overall quality and guest experience.

Had a wonderful family getaway at Amara Kosha Misty Nandi Hills. The mountain views were absolutely breathtaking, especially in the morning, and spending time with my family amidst such peaceful surroundings made the trip even more special. The villa was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We created beautiful memories together and would definitely love to visit again!

It is a very nicy done and well maintained villa in a vast layout which looks like a gated community. It has a beautiful hill view as there are not many buildings/houses in the surrounding.
The house is very well done with all the amenities inside such as AC, projector, fridge etc. They have a small kitchen where we can do some basic cooking. It has three bedrooms and can accomodate 6-7 adults and 2-3 kids easily. The food is provided by Mr. Bhaskar, the care taker who lives in a house next to the villa with his family. The food was very nice and homely. Do not expect wide spread of menu etc, as it is pretty interior and is a home stay.
The highlight is they also have a private Jacuzzi and a swimming pool that is shared by two villas.
The ride to.this place is very beautiful and scenic with very good roads, and you pass through a village to reach here.
All in all a very cozy, warm and luxurious getaway. We would love to be back here with kids some time.
Just one thing – at night you may feel a bit unsafe/scared as the house is full of glass doors, with no proper locking system.

in the interest of raising Thomas Cook standards and giving a critical assessment of Amara Kosha Mistry Hills please note the points below, based on collective feedback from our group.
What was offered as a “resort” was actually closer to a basic homestay.
• Very limited menu
• One person handling everything (caretaker, cook, cleaner, watchman), which clearly affected service and our overall holiday experience
• Standard response to most requests was “not available”
• Not senior citizen friendly
• Swimming pool not really usable by non-swimmers. (This is because the steps lead directly into the deep end and not into the shallow end)
• No proper hot water in some rooms/poor coordination
Google reviews did not reflect the actual reality we experienced was something very different
Overall, the resort experience and ambience were missing.
We had a good time only because of our group—not because of the place.
We feel that although the place was initially suggested by us, it needed to be vetted better by Thomas Cook in terms of its facilities, food and its suitability for senior citizens.
Thank you Thomas Cook for organizing a wonderful holiday for us in Amara Kosha Stays, Misty Hills, in Nandi Hills, Karnataka from March 24 to 27th.
This small exclusive resort was ideal for us as a group of old friends, all senior citizens, seeking to have a relaxing holiday and spend quality time together while doing some local sightseeing.
The two 2BHK Amara Kosha villas where we stayed were well-equipped, with all the comforts of a cosy holiday home, including jacuzzis in each villa. The full-size swimming pool with an attached was a big bonus.
The menu options were limited but the food was homely and tasty and always ready on time. Our personal preferences were taken into account and our caretaker Bhaskar, always helpful and obliging, provided willing service with a smile.
The transport arrangements were excellent. The bus was well-maintained and spacious, with comfortable seats. The driver Shekar knew all the local sights and drove us safely around. He was very attentive to our special needs as some members of the group had minor mobility issues.
All in all, it was a very pleasant and memorable holiday.
A big thank you to Shivshankar of Thomas Cook India who organized the tour, helped to plan the itinerary and negotiated a good deal with the resort. Afsha Ali very efficiently coordinated all the logistics of our tour. She was very responsive to our diverse personal requirements, answered all our queries patiently and resolved all our issues quickly to our satisfaction.
We are also grateful to the Thomas Cook ground support who ensured a smooth, enjoyable tour.
We would strongly recommend Thomas Cook India for a seamless, hassle-free travel experience!

Everything’s great! The staff is wonderful so is the food they cook.
Zomato takes over an hour to deliver food, so plan accordingly (as lunch isn’t covered).
Also, the property is not ON the hills if you’re expecting that. It’s on a layout next to the hills.

What a lovely resort❤️ love the resort so beautiful and location is very good. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. They have jacuzzi where u can relax and enjoy. I celebrate my birthday there it was very memorable. They provide freshly cooked food and snacks. Everything is just amazing must visit it is an experience.

Surrounded by a 360° view of hills, fields, and endless greenery, the villa is a pure bliss. From the jacuzzi facing the mountains to the movie screen setup with a window overlooking nature, it was beyond our expectations. All the bedrooms open to breathtaking views, the food is wholesome and delicious, and the service is warm and attentive.

Our stay at Amara Kosha near Nandi Hills was truly enjoyable, offering a unique blend of comfort and homely charm.
The rooms were a highlight, especially the spacious duplex layout. The ground floor was well-equipped with a functional kitchen, a comfortable room with an attached bathroom, and a dining area with a TV. Upstairs, we found another room with an attached bathroom and, best of all, a fantastic projector room. This room, complete with a bed in front of the screen, was an absolute hit, especially with the kids! The kitchen deserves a special mention for being fully loaded with all necessary utensils, a microwave, water filter, and water heater, making our stay very convenient.
The food was a delightful home-cooked experience. We savored delicious dal, sabji, and starters. For breakfast, they even offered a few choices, which was a nice touch. We stuck to the vegetarian options, and they were all very good.
The amenities were excellent. The swimming pool was great, and the Jacuzzi on the top floor was an awesome addition – perfect for unwinding.
Service was prompt and attentive. Bahadur, the caretaker, was always just a call away, ensuring all our needs were met swiftly. The cook also personally met us to understand our food requirements, which we really appreciated.
Regarding the location, it's quite close to Nandi Hills, but it's important to note there's nothing else nearby, and the view from the homestay was average. We'd definitely advise carrying all your necessary purchases, as there are no shops close by, though the homestay does provide basic necessities.
Check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth and hassle-free. It felt like visiting a friend's place – a simple knock and someone was there to greet us, and departure was just as quick.
Overall, the homestay offered a very comfortable and well-serviced experience, particularly great for families or groups looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent amenities like the projector room, functional kitchen and an incredible Jacuzzi.

Good property for a 1/2day group outing near Bangalore. Calm and peaceful. It's situated inside a gated villa community, but most of it around is just land and no construction.
- Can carry lunch on your own since kitchen serves only assigned meals as part of package
- Has a projector setup – where 5-6 people can easily sit and watch a movie together
- Clean interiors, though kitchen utensils need better cleaning by housekeeping staff. Had to wash them before use.

We had a fantastic stay. The host was extremely kind. We had booked Brahma property but when host got to know that we had elderly parents coming along with us, he upgraded our stay to a bigger property as it was available on that without extra charges.
The property was clean and matching exactly with the photos/videos uploaded. The cook prepared amazing food across all meals and even accepted our requests off the menu.
The place is little secluded as the other plots around the property is yet to be built which offers complete privacy and you'd feel you're far away from the chaos of the world.
Overall we had an amazing stay with family as this property.
