Visit Nandi Hill: Nandi Foot Hills is around 10mins drive from the property, either climb up the 1,175 steps/trek that lead to the top of the Nandi Hills or take the road for a breath taking view especially the breath taking sun rise. Atop the Nandi Hills are two ancient temples.
Trek Skanda giri mountain : The most popular trek in the area, start point of the Trek is 8 km from the property, around 10 mins drive. The trek is 4 km long and it takes about 2-3 hours before you reach the hilltop situated at a height of 4430 feet above sea level.
Trek Channa giri mountain : Although the property is just opposite, behind to Channa giri range, the start point of the Trek is 11.5 km from the property, around 10-15 minutes drive. With a height of approximately 1350 meters above sea level, the trek to Channagiri is easy and doable with the entire family, if wanted. The total trek distance is around 3 km and takes about two to two and a half hours to complete.
Trip to Amrita Sarovar : Situated right next to the Bhoga Nandishwara temple in the village of Nandhi, which is 8.5 kms from the property, around 10-15 minutes drive. Known as the Lake of Nectar, has been formed by the perennial springs. The shimmering waters of this lake after nightfall is a must-see. It is a popular place for bird watchers and nature lovers too. The beauty of the lake is enhanced by the ancient buildings that surround it.
Visit Tipu’s drop: Once you reach the summit of the Nandi Hills you will spot the ruins of the Fort that once belonged to Tipu Sultan. Do visit the Tipu’s Drop the tourist attraction is a 600 m high cliff face, although with a dark past to it but it offers a beautiful view.

Visit to Bhoga Nandishwara Temple: At a distance of 8.5 km from the property, around 10 minutes drive, is this magnificent Shiva Temple is an oldest surviving temple of Nolambavadi style of Dravidian Architecture in Karnataka, which is more than 1,000 years old.
Cycling and Bike ride near to Melkote Nandi hills: Bring in your cycles and bikes and enjoy the beautiful scenic routes all round Nandi hills.
Visit birth place of Vishveshawarayya : Situated at a distance of 5km from the property Muddenahalli is a memorial of Sir M. V. located on the family-owned land, the house which he born converted into a Museum with the Nandi Hills as a backdrop.
Isha Foundation: Situated at a distance of 18 km from the property, might take around 45 minutes drive, depending on the traffic conditions, on the Chikbalapur road is the newly inaugurated Adi Yogi statue, though the ashram is still under construction, you can visit the place and see the exquisite Adi Yogi statue and Naga mantapa. The Light and Sound Show in the evening around 7pm (check the exact timings from Isha’s website) is something not to miss!!
